Send me a short message and we can arrange a virtual or face-to-face meeting where you can tell me about your project, specifically what stage you’re at, what your aim is, and who your target audience is in Italian. If your project aligns with my expertise, I’ll be happy to send a free quote.
Collaboration
Once the project has been confirmed, I’ll translate and/or adapt your content accordingly to suit the identified target audience, while ensuring accessibility is always a priority. After examining the text, I’ll send you any questions I may have and highlight any potential issues in the source text.
Follow-up
Once I deliver the translation, I am available to address any questions or make any changes as required. Some projects, such as websites or social media, require ongoing maintenance, which I can provide according to your needs.
About me
Elisa Casalegno is a translator and language consultant with nearly ten years’ experience working directly with clients. Raised in Italy and a graduate of the University of Geneva, she has lived in Bern since 2018, working with corporate clients, federal institutions, non-governmental organisations and not-for-profit associations. Elisa translates from English, German and French into Italian, specialising in clear and accessible language and has been a lecturer in translation since 2022.
